The team news for today’s Premier League clash between Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United has just been announced.
Ange Postecoglou has picked his Spurs side against West Ham
After a difficult start to the season, the Hammers make the short trip to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for kick-off early this afternoon.
After the international break, Tottenham’s 3-2 defeat at Brighton and Hove Albion in their last game meant Spurs fans had to wait a long time for their team to hopefully get back on their feet with a win.
Spurs are currently in ninth place in the Premier League table going into matchday eight and urgently need all three points to keep up with the top five.
At Friday’s pre-match press conference, Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou announced that club captain Heung-min Son and fellow striker Richarlison have returned to first-team training and are available for selection due to related injury issues.
The Hammers are unbeaten in their last three Premier League away games in London, while Spurs have lost four of their last six London derbies in the top flight.
